I created a database for easy storage of and access to student records such as name, profile photo, major, career goals, and technology goals.
This is a demo database page with no real student information. The database is set up on the Notion platform.

Data can be directly entered into the database. Alternatively, I can have students fill out Google Forms as below, and the form data automatically populate the database.
I use Zapier to automatically sync Google Forms with Notion databases.
